We are open Monday thru Friday, from
9 am to 5:30 pm PST.
Closed on Weekends & Holidays for production.
In order for your job to enter the print schedule,
and begin the turnaround process, an "OK to
Print" command must be submitted to us. This
helps insure that you have thoroughly checked
your order (and Proofs if you ordered them)
and everything is ready for us to begin printing
your order.
Orders and files must be received "OK to Print"
by 3:00 pm Pacific Time on any given business
day, otherwise the turnaround cycle begins
on the next business day. |

Over time, PMS color swatch books
fade.

of screen phosphor, some colors you
see on one computer monitor will look
different on another. If a computer
monitor is not calibrated correctly,
even your full color prints may be
affected.

- By E.Mail - Order a pdf proof for $5.
- By Fax - Order a proof by fax for $5 to preview text & layout.
- By Hard Copy - Order a Digital color proof to assure accurate color printing.
Regular mail $25.
Next day air $35.
All Pdf & Fax Proof may take up to 1 hour or more depending
on incoming orders. We will only reply if there is a complications with your file.
