We are open Monday thru Friday,
from 9am to 5:30pm PST, and closed on Weekends & Holidays for production.
Payment and files of your order must be received by 3:00pm Pacific
Time on any given business day, otherwise the turnaround cycle begins
on the next business day.
Friday Special: Payment and files of your order must be received by 10:00am PST on
Friday with 1 day turnaround in order to have your order ready on next Monday.

some colors you see on one computer monitor will look different
on another. If a computer monitor is not calibrated correctly,
even your full color prints may be affected.

All JPG
& Fax Proof may take up to 12 working
hours depending on incoming orders. We will only reply if
there is a complications with your file.
